How to add, cancel, or change my GPS subscription plan?
Login to your Cube Tracker account via the smartphone app
- Tap on the GPS tracker you'd like to add a subscription plan to
- Tap the gear icon in the top right
- Select "Data Plan" and choose which plan you'd like
Fix for "Your Cube is linked to another account"
If you've set up an account with your email address then set up an account with your Apple ID or Facebook, you will first need to remove the Cube from the original account before adding it to a new account.
Each method of logging in is separate from each-other.
Do you offer a warranty?
Cube offers a limited 1 year warranty on products purchased.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for refund or replacement for up to 30 days after your original purchase date.
