Before you start
Use the Cube Tracker app to add the device and scan the barcode on the tracker.
GPS tracking needs an active data plan for each tracker you want to use.

Setup
Open the Cube Tracker app and log in or create an account.
Your GPS tracker is now paired to your account. Add a data plan in the app to begin GPS tracking.

Yes. You can add multiple Cube GPS trackers to the Cube Tracker app. Each tracker will appear as its own device and needs its own active plan if you want GPS tracking enabled.
Plans
Log in to your Cube Tracker account in the mobile app, tap the GPS tracker you want to manage, tap the gear icon in the top right, then select Data Plan and choose the plan you want.
Each tracker needs its own subscription plan, just like a cell phone.
No. Cube GPS tracking is a bundled service purchased inside the Cube Tracker app. It includes SIM card data and location services. You can start or stop service from the app settings.
Yes. Each GPS tracker needs its own active data plan because each device uses its own cellular connection for GPS tracking.
Tracking
Yes. Open the Cube Tracker app, tap the menu, scroll until you see Location History with Coordinates, and turn it on. Coordinates will be visible when you check location history for your GPS devices.
Geofence alerts let you create a saved area in the Cube Tracker app. You can receive notifications when a tracker enters or leaves that area.
Yes. Use the device sharing tools in the Cube Tracker app to give another trusted person access to the tracker.
Troubleshooting
If you set up one account with email and another with Apple ID or Facebook, those can be separate accounts. Remove the Cube GPS from the original account before adding it to a new account.
If the GPS tracker does not detect movement, its location may update less often until movement is detected. Signal, battery level, placement, and plan status can also affect updates.
Confirm the tracker is charged, paired to the account you are using, on an active data plan, and placed where it can receive GPS and cellular signal. If it still does not update, contact Cube support.
