Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number by email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Cube Tracker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: Cube Tracker is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not offer shipping outside the USA.
Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. A receipt is required for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Refunds are issued and will be processed when the original product is returned in its original condition, with original packaging, and receipt within 30 days of its purchase.
