How to pair your Cube GPS
Open your Cube Tracker app and log in or create an account. Next, tap the "Add a device" button in the top left-hand corner and select Cube GPS from the list of devices. Scan the barcode on the back of your Cube GPS tracker and hold the button on the back of your tracker for 5 seconds. Your GPS tracker is now paired to your account! Please remember that you'll need to add a data plan for vehicle GPS tracking.
How do I add, cancel, or change my GPS subscription plan?
Each vehicle GPS tracker needs a subscription plan like a cell phone. Log in to your Cube Tracker account via the smartphone app. In the list of paired GPS trackers, locate the one to which you'd like to add a subscription plan. Look for the gear icon at the top right and press it. Select "Data Plan" and choose the plan you want.
Fix for "Your Cube Tracker is linked to another account"
Your Cube Tracker can’t be linked to multiple accounts. Whether you have signed in with your email, Apple ID, or Facebook, you must remove your Cube device from the original account before adding it to the new one. Each method of logging in is separate from the other.
Can I use my data plan or SIM card with Cube GPS?
No, you can't. Cube GPS tracking is a bundled service purchased within the Cube Tracker app. It consists of SIM card data from Verizon and geolocation data from Google. The cost is $16.50/month if purchased annually or $19.95 monthly. You can stop or start the service anytime in the app settings.
Can I see the GPS coordinates?
Yes. Open your Cube Tracker app and click the menu button in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down until you see "Location History with Coordinates" and press the toggle button. Coordinates will be visible when you check the location history of your GPS devices.
My GPS hasn't updated
If the GPS doesn't detect any movement its location will be updated every 24 hours until movement is detected.
