FAQ: Cube GPS Tracker
Open your Cube Tracker app and log in or create an account.

Tap the "Add a device" button in the top left hand corner
- Select Cube GPS from the list of devices
- Scan the barcode on the back of your Cube GPS tracker
- Hold the button on the back of your tracker for 5 seconds
Your GPS tracker is now paired to your account. You'll need to add a data plan for GPS tracking.
Login to your Cube Tracker account via the smartphone app.
- Tap on the GPS tracker you'd like to add a subscription plan to

Tap the gear icon in the top right
- Select "Data Plan" and choose which plan you'd like
Each tracker needs its own subscription plan, just like a cell phone.
If you've set up an account with your email address, then set up an account with your Apple ID or Facebook, you will first need to remove the Cube from the original account before adding it to a new account.
Each method of logging in is separate from each-other.
No you can't. Cube GPS tracking is a bundled service that is purchased within the Cube Tracker app. It consists of SIM card data from Verizon and geolocation data from Google. The cost is $16.50/month if purchased annually or $19.95 for month to month. You can stop or start service anytime in the app settings.
Yes. Open your Cube Tracker app and click the menu button in the upper right hand side, scroll down until you see "Location History with Coordinates" and press the toggle button. Coordinates will be visible when you check the location history of your GPS devices.
If the GPS doesn't detect any movement its location will be updated every 24 hours until movement is detected.
