How do you pair your Cube GPS
Open your Cube Tracker app and log in or create an account. Next, tap the "Add a device" button in the top left-hand corner and select Cube GPS from the list of devices. Scan the barcode on the back of your Cube GPS tracker and hold the button on the back of your tracker for 5 seconds. Your magnetic GPS tracker is now paired to your account! Please remember that you'll need to add a data plan for vehicle GPS tracking.
Does it require a subscription?
Yes. Cube GPS Pro uses a cellular data plan for real-time GPS tracking, history, and alerts.
Can I use my data plan or SIM card with Cube GPS?
Yes. Open your Cube Tracker app and click the menu button in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down until you see "Location History with Coordinates" and press the toggle button. Coordinates will be visible when you check the location history of your GPS devices.
Can I see the GPS coordinates?
No, you can't. Cube GPS tracking is a bundled service purchased within the Cube Tracker app. It consists of SIM card data from Verizon and geolocation data from Google. The cost is $16.50/month if purchased annually or $19.95 monthly. You can stop or start the service anytime in the app settings.
Will the battery life match a new unit?
Battery life depends on settings, usage, signal conditions, and individual unit condition.
What warranty applies?
Cube GPS trackers have a lifetime warranty if they have a current, active subscription. Read more about our warranty.
