Are the trackers new or refurbished?
All Cube GPS Pro fleet units are brand new hardware. We do not sell refurbished or reconditioned trackers for fleet orders.
How do you pair multiple Cube GPS trackers for a fleet?
Open your Cube Tracker app and log in or create a fleet account. Tap "Add a device" and select Cube GPS from the list for each unit. Scan the barcode on the back of each tracker and hold its button for 5 seconds to pair it. Repeat for each vehicle — most fleets can pair every unit in one sitting. You'll need a data plan active per device for tracking.
Does each vehicle need its own subscription?
Yes. Each Cube GPS Pro uses its own cellular data plan for real-time GPS tracking, history, and alerts on that vehicle.
Can I manage the whole fleet from one account?
Yes. Open your Cube Tracker app and add team members so dispatchers and managers can see fleet-wide location data from a shared account, with individual vehicle history available for each tracker.
How is fleet service priced?
Cube GPS tracking is billed per vehicle. The cost is $16.50/month per vehicle if purchased annually, or $19.95/month per vehicle billed monthly. You can add, remove, or pause vehicles in your fleet plan at any time in the app settings.
What if I need to scale up or down?
Fleet plans aren't locked into long-term contracts. Add new vehicles as your fleet grows, or scale down without penalty.
